This fabulous technique integrates a variety of massage strokes to meet the needs of each individual. The massage may include various styles:
Swedish, acupressure, trigger point and range of motion.And concerning my unique system, I use a lot of intuition.I feel what the body needs to offer support to get the self-healing system started.
Massage promotes relaxation, relieves muscle tension and reduces the effect of stresson the body and mind. It can also be helpful for injury rehabilitation.

Release Technique
In May I was certified as a Cranial-Release-Practitioner. There are a variety of concerns where CRT can be very helpful- Some people call the changes after treatments profound. what can CRT do for you? It causes a major release of tension in the nervous system and throughout the body. That release causes the brain and nervous system to come back to an optimum state of balance and function.
So with the CRT you can think more clearly, you may feel more balanced and have more peace of mind, and your ability to heal on your own and be well is enhanced, because the brain and the nervous system control everything that goes on in the body. Its a great tool for people who really want to experience high level wellness.
When we release tension in the muscles and balance the body structure, and then put the brain back in charge of the body, it creates the best conditions you can have for healing, health and well-being.
CRT also creates a deep release of stress-related tension in the nervous system and all of the muscles and connective tissues in the body. It affects how the brain works. When you are stressed your brain is really giving most of its attention to helping you to survive, because it thinks you are being threatened. You have probably heard ot the "fight or flight" response? That's not a good state to be in if you are trying to heal and be well,
because the brain has all of its attention focused outside the body. CRT shifts the brain out of "fight or flight" and back to a state where it's focused on making sure that the body is working optimally. It also causes your thinking to become much more positive and at ease. Most people tell me that they feel more "balanced" and "present" and "at ease" after the Cranial-Release. Thats the state you need to be in to be well and healthy, and that's what I want for the people uner my care.
